UPDATE: We have changed some of our practices due to the higher than usual demand for puppies. In the past we didn't take deposits until the puppies were born, but so many people are wanting to get on the waiting list, and they want specific things such as colors like Blenheim (red and white), Tri-color (black, white, and  tan), or Ruby (red), Black and Tan, or male or female, as well as just wanting to make sure they get a puppy from future litters. There is a $500 deposit once the application is approved, and the balance at puppy pick up, for a total $2000 to  $3000 depending on gender, color, and markings. The State of Texas also requires a 8.25% sales tax.

There are some times we have a puppy available at the last minute because life events happen and someone has had to roll their deposit forward to a future litter.

We take payments through Venmo, and now we've added Zelle due to popular demand.  Any changes to these policies will be updated as necessary. These fees and prices are subject to change unless you have already placed a deposit.

The $500 non-refundable deposits will go towards the purchase price of the puppy, and will be deducted from your total. Waiting List customers are first come first serve, so if you are the first to be put on the list than you will be first to choose from the puppies. If you are second on the list then you have second choice etc.  

We will contact you either by text or email to let you know we have a new litter or available puppy.
